Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is seeking a Senior Supply ChainCategory Management Specialist (level 4) for our Supply Chain Category Managementteam in Everett, Washington.
As part of the Category Management team, you will have a key role in developing and executing our near- and long-term Global Supply Chain Architecture. The work within our Category Management team is dynamic, interdisciplinary and fast-paced and we are looking for team members who can engage and thrive in this exciting environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops deep understanding of product and translates expertise into near and long-term Category Management plans to strengthen and stabilize the production system
- Establish the future state vision then develop our Global Supply Chain Architecture with detailed category plans to accomplish our vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop implementation plans for key high value strategies and suppliers.
- Lead the Supply Chain deployment of future production system enablers
- Supports solicitations, request for proposal analysis, and negotiations
- Partners with enterprise stakeholders including business units and functions to drive category vision into key activities such as long-term agreements, make-buy-transfer decisions and corporate initiatives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience supporting Supplier Management
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $122,550 - $141,900
