About the Role
The Supply Chain Product Manager is a creative and data driven problem solver, utilizing technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing Supply Chain technology solutions that align with the company's growth and profitability goals. This is a hands-on role and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including food innovation, operations, logistics, engineering, and marketing, to enhance Supply Chain processes and ensure the most efficient flow of products from purchasing to delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ideate, design, and develop Supply Chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency and help the company meet customer expectations 100% of the time
- Complete analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Develop reports in BI, understand gaps in our rules, tools, and systems and make recommendations on how to generate improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, IT, and the production kitchen, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of Supply Chain Products with overall company goals
- Work closely with IT partners to translate business needs into technical requirements for product development including documentation and ticket management
- Oversee the product lifecycle, (concept to end-of-life), ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing market dynamics.
- Manage our current stack which includes Riversand (Category Management /Merchandising), Netsuite (Order Management System), HighJump (WMS), Bringg (Routing)
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business priorities
- Recommend strategic solutions to improve on-time, in full and strategic sourcing
- Train the purchasing, category management and operations teams on new processes or technology changes
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in the Supply Chain and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Develop scalable solutions and tools to improve Supply Chain planning and execution capabilities to optimize inventory holding, availability/ OOS and VC reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
- 5+ years in Supply Chain management, product management, consulting or a related role
- 2+ years of experience using NetSuite or another ERP
- Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
- Previous experience using HighJump or an alternative WMS
- Previous experience in software and web development
- Proven success as a product developer
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, logistics, and industry best practices
- Project management skills with a track record of successful product launches
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Ability to see the big picture and business processes from end to end
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
