Responsibilities:
Quality Control and Improvement
- Work with design team and supplier, deliver the product on-time delivery with high quality.
- Collaborate with Project Leads in project design stage, identify fabrication, assembly and test risks against the Suppliers’ capabilities.
- Collaborate with Supplier to ensure control points are in-place on critical processes.
- Address fabrication, assembly and test related quality issues collaborate with suppliers to investigate root cause and identify corrective and preventive actions.
- Conducts regular Supplier process and product audit, drive continuous improvement.
- Leads Quality improvement projects.
Supplier Capability Development
- Proactively work with Suppliers to improve capabilities, processes and tools to meet device interface solution technology roadmap.
- Leads Supplier capability development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical Etc.)
- From PCB industry and/or assembly industry or have significant experience production and involving PCB and/or assembly industry with at least 5 (10 years for senior) years’ experience, familiar with PCB and/or assembly process / technical /quality.
- Have experience in developing supplier capability, root cause analysis and design of experiment.
- Excellent Project Management skills to enable managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication skillset and the ability to communicate with different level of employees with different background and culture.
- Be flexible on working hours.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
