UPM Raflatac is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to manage the daily production schedule, plant capacity and demand, and material master data used in planning (such as reorder points, made to order/made to stock, batch sizes, etc.). Develop metrics and drive performance in key areas such as order fulfillment and aged inventory.

What you will do

• Mill Order Management: Accurately process mill orders, ensuring correct quantities and delivery dates.
• Customer Order Verification: Verify and confirm customer orders to guarantee accuracy and alignment with production capabilities.
• Plant Scheduling and Capacity Management: Manage production scheduling for the Cane Creek facility, optimizing capacity and material decisions.
• System Maintenance and Adjustment: Maintain and adjust parameters and master data in the system for enhanced planning accuracy.
• Sample Process Ownership: Own the sample process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Adhesive Ordering and Planning: Coordinate adhesive ordering and planning to support production requirements.
• Product Transitions Management: Manage smooth transitions between products, minimizing disruptions in the Supply Chain.
• Backup Support: Provide backup support to other planners for continuous planning operations.

Who you are

• College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain planning
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Business savvy with a strategic mindset
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Supply Chain software
