WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATIONS PLANNER

SENIORITY LEVEL  Mid-Senior Level

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • SKU tracker, mainly owning and coordinate the NPI new SKU tracking process. (Daily check)
  • Prepare and review Supply & Inventory (S&I) reports.
    • US Supply and Inventory duration report for Finished Goods
    • Monthly materials projection to Finance as well as out years.
    • Review Global Duration report (monthly) and confirm comments: Share the US MSVD report out.
    • Global inventory health report (monthly)
  • S&I approved write off request, slow moving request to review (Blocked inventory to Quality, R&D project stock, Residual VAP material or other packaging to NPI) to disposal
  • Maintain reports for supply planning visibility and collaborate with DBS on the control tower deployment.
    • Inventory value report
    • WMS forecast report.
    • FG STW report
    • All report links to one dashboard here
  • Global data quality contact in US, coordinate the data quality improvement and corrections in US. Global DQ report:
    • Continuous improvement for derivation table 
  • Prepare initial write off estimate for NPIs based on request from Brand.
    • Requirement from NPI will be materials in scope, and timing, plus further clarifications.
  • Monitor the abnormal inventory movements, follow up with inventory control, finance etc
  • Assist with moving data as business changes occur
  • Assist trouble shooting on any transactional issues or data setting issues, including costing related, STO, delivery, master data, MDG CRs

 

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3-5 years' work experience in Supply Chain or any related field.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent job experience.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Power BI knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
