Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the Supply Chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. They implement strategies to optimize the Supply Chain and lead coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions. The Supply Chain Manager resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the Supply Chain and monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years of experience in a related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years of supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain management function and department processes. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in Supply Chain management/procurement software and tools. Ability to manage time and organize priorities Work Environment and Physical Demand: Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.). Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods. Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
