Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims, components, and bikes. What You'll Do

• Annual compensation of $90,000-$110,000 DOE

Responsibilities include the following:

• Lead global Supply Chain operations through development and execution of Supply Chain simplification and variable/base cost productivity projects. Includes analyzing current inventories and procedures; suggesting improvements to increase efficiency of Supply Chain and profitability for the company.
• Maintain inventory targets and manage 3PL relationships.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and conduct RFQs.
• This position is required to participate on weekly overseas production call (currently scheduled for 9:00 pm MST each Wednesday).

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, logistics, business, or other related field; professional certification and/or advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, with 3+ years of leadership roles and a track record of success.
• 2+ years working with overseas manufacturing partners and international logistics.
• Must have an excellent understanding of Supply Chain processes and thorough knowledge of relevant software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in Manufacturing a plus.
