Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Some weekend availability may be required)

WholesomeCo is leading the movement to normalize cannabis as a natural path to health and wellness. Various medical cannabis services are offered, including statewide delivery to 99% of Utah's population, as well as retail, drive-thru, online pick-up services through its pharmacy in West Bountiful, an in-house built app for patients, innovative technology resources, cannabis cultivation, and cannabis processing of our constantly growing line of WholesomeCo branded products. Our company is in search of an experienced Supply Chain leader to lead the current team while also collaborating with upper management in the continued development and growth of the supply operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, and Delivery of all products
- Lead team of seven people, fulfillment and inventory management agents
- Build and maintain a manual inventory system for all non-cannabis products
- Implement and maintain receiving process
- Coordinate and oversee Quarterly and Annual physical inventory counts
- Elevate the cycle counting process
- Learn and lead all compliance activities within the scope of the role, and emphasize 100% compliance
- Create, monitor, and report out key performance indicators within the aforementioned teams
- Finalize Purchase Requisition process and create manual PO management processes
- Proactively look for cost reduction opportunities and process efficiencies
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract and cost negotiations, scorecards, and supplier qualification
- Regularly report on KPI’s with emphasis on Inventory levels, aging inventory, and overall inventory health
- Work with department heads to implement Inventory Management best practices within their departments
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- B.S/B.A in Supply Chain Management or related field required
- 5 years leading Supply Chain Operations with at least 3 years of directly leading teams in a Supply Chain or production environment
- Advanced knowledge of excel and/or google sheets
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift totes containing product weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
