We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Analytics Manager who will also manage the ERP Supply Chain data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced analytics and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets to be essential for success in this role.

 Some of the work that you will do:

• Conduct advanced analytics on end-to-end Supply Chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the ERP item master data through data quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with the ERP Item Master Specialists to ensure that item information is up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
• Apply analytical methodologies to optimize procurement processes and ensure data-driven decision-making in acquiring materials and goods.
• Identify and implement data-driven process improvements within the Supply Chain, ERP Item Master management, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality management to drive efficiency and reduce errors.
• Leverage data-driven insights to create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for continuous improvement of KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP Item Master Specialists with a focus on promoting a data-driven culture.
• Provide guidance on best practices informed by data analysis, conduct training sessions, and ensure that the team meets performance targets.

Here are the skills that you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain analysis, process improvement, and ERP item master management.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Knowledge of purchasing principles, manufacturing processes, and quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.

 Here are the skills that will set you apart:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Supply Chain management (e.g., APICS).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
