Supply Chain Management Specialist Ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counting, accurate and timely inventory adjustments, investigations, and destruction of product o Directs the investigation of problems associated with inventory discrepancies o Analyse root causes of inventory issues and provide findings and resolutions o Responsible for creating and maintaining SOP's for area of responsibility o Develops and maintains Inventory Metrics and Reports o Ensures all reports and summaries related to inventories are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Inventory action closeout reports to be completed within the week of activity. Responsible for the inventories in the following storage areas: Warehouse. Perform inventory analysis and management to avoid low stock and overstock Accountable and responsible for providing audit support and remediation of audit findings.
Develops inventory operations systems by determining inventory process-es, procedures, requirements, and related metrics; developing, implement-ing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures. Develops inventory operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, and implementing changes Assist as necessary with investigators for any inventory related deviations, which may include where-used reports, for example. Plan and complete the assigned tasks within the deadlines 5S and Lean Principles to area of responsibility Experience required : Min.
3-5 yrs. in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry Courteous/professional interaction with internal and external customers. Troubleshoots challenging issues.
Takes ownership of quality issues and implements improvements. Brings new ideas for continuous improvement and drives implementation. Leads team-based initiatives to increase the productivity.
Translates customer needs into actionable items. Develops and communicates innovative solutions to production issues independently. Demonstrates leadership skills on a consistent basis.
Perform a variety of duties to support team objectives. Team Support Desire to work together to achieve a common goal. Observe all safety requirements (OSHA), GMP regulations (FDA), TSA, and housekeeping practices while performing duties.
Understand and monitor adherence to established Key Performance Indicators to ensure optimum performance. Ability to prioritize and respond to business needs. Represent Team in site wide projects as required.
