Supply Chain Associate

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

The Supply Chain Associate position is responsible for performing general Supply Chain center functions that includes but is not limited to receiving, shipping, kitting, inventory control, returns, and put away while maintaining Sagent's level of quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving Activities
  • Correct and accurate receipt of product delivered to Sagent including but not limited to box and material inspection, verification of packing slip, correct entry into Microsoft AX ERP system, unboxing of materials, maintenance of paperwork and receiving processing for overall compliance and governance of KPIs, SLAs, Contractual Program Requirements, etc.
  • Entry and execution of internal receipt of product and activities across departments including put away / entry into stock within defined KPIs/SLAs.
• Shipping Activities
  • Correct and accurate shipping of product by Sagent including correct packing slip creation, appropriate picking and packing of product, usage of the correct consumables (packing boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.) for product to arrive safely, updates to Microsoft AX ERP and WMS systems, processing of ship logs, correct processing of paperwork, palletizing materials, and general shipping for overall compliance and governance of KPIs, SLAs, Contractual Program Requirements, etc.
  • Accurate and timely pick, pack, ship execution for material and sales order requests.

• Inventory Control Activities
  • Includes cycle counts, processing of returns, and overall integrity of materials within the lab.
  • Quality control activities that include data points match across paperwork, units, travelers, and AX including inspection of incoming and outgoing products.

• Kitting
  • Execute customer kitting box inspection, physical kitting of materials, label printing, systematic and physical part consumption, and any other associated program specific requirements to achieve the program mandated kitting requirements.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with general activities that include maintaining a clean and safe lab, movement of materials, trash, recycling, and general activities responsible within the lab.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to type and perform data entry into Sagent's ERP and WMS system.
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
• Ability to lift 30-50+ pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple activities.

• Ability to perform lifting tasks involving light to heavy objects (10 to 80+ pounds)
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling of boxes, as well as frequent movement (walking) throughout the warehouse.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending upon the season.
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
• This position is not able to work remotely.
