Responsibilities:
Help plan, coordinate, and execute activities required to ensure the availability of finished products and raw materials. Responsible for inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment. Support logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing. Analyze data and generate reports to support Supply Chain & Operations.
- Responsible for Warehouse Management of raw materials, components and finished goods as well as coordinating logistics of shipments and deliveries
- Fulfill customer orders, pick, pack and ship
- Receive incoming materials and document all material movement with traceability in accordance with company’s quality management system
- Assist in inventory counts, resolution of discrepancies and reporting
- Maintain inventory and materials movement records in MRP / ERP systems
- Maintain database of suppliers, customers, and distributors
- Responsible for customer order fulfillment and related communications
- Assist in material and operations planning to ensure the availability of raw materials, components & finished product
- Responsible for kitting work orders and material transfers
- Assist in Supply Chain analysis to support planning of adequate inventory levels for raw materials, components and finished goods
- Assist in analyzing data, including sales trends, run rates, forecast, new account starts and corporate strategy
- Maintain, update and improve dashboards for monitoring Supply Chain and operations metrics
- Perform all work within company’s quality management system to help ensure compliance with medical device regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in related field preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt
Pay commensurate with experience

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
