Warehouse Associate

Eva Supply Chain provides 3PL services to Ecommerce sellers both nationally and globally. Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in the logistics and operations of our business. They handle various tasks related to receiving, processing, and storing inventory. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

Offloading Merchandise: Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.

Organizing New Merchandise: Arrange and organize new merchandise within the warehouse.

Picking Merchandise: Select items needed to fulfill customer orders.

Inspecting Picked Merchandise: Thoroughly examine picked items for any damage or defects.

Packaging and Labeling: Safely package merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy.

Inventory Tracking: Update the inventory tracking system with work order information.

Transporting Orders: Move packaged orders to outgoing delivery trucks.

Process Orders: Accurately process orders using the inventory management system.

Pick and Pack: Assemble and pack products according to customer specifications.

Prepare Shipments: Label and package shipments for delivery.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks on all products before shipping.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.

Collaborate: Communicate with team members to ensure smooth order processing.

Assist with Inventory: Help with inventory management and cycle counts.

Software Experience: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Shipstation, Amazon FBM and FBA is preferred.

Order Printing: Print online orders as needed.

Product Collection: Collect products based on orders, using item numbers and bin locations.

Packaging: Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or customer pickup.

Documentation: Accurately complete order and shipping documentation.

Stock Inventory: Maintain stock levels.

Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties as required.

Equipment Handling: Move inventory using various machinery and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.

Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Paid biweekly

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
