This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management and Policy. The Office of Management and Policy is responsible for managing and directing a program which provides human resource services, budget formulation and execution, information technology, administrative services, and procurement.Qualifications:
You must meet the Basic Requirements listed in the Education Requirements section and the Specialized Experience to qualify for Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, as described below.
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. Examples of specialized experience include but are not limited to any of the following:
1.) Overseeing Government facilities and real estate management, development of space requirements, lease acquisition, facility site acquisition, and contract Management and administration;
2.) Creating and implementing Agency policy and standard operating procedures on improvements for administrative programs such as space management, fleet Management and real property; or
3.) Leading regional staff in addressing and resolving a variety of administrative related issues pertaining to continuity of operations, fleet and travel management, space management, occupational safety and health, realty and property management for a geographically dispersed organization.
- This position will not be filled until the Department's Placement Assistance Programs have been fully utilized.

- This position is outside the Bargaining Unit.
There is no substitution of education for the required specialized experience at the GS-14 level.
