```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors
- Manage park staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement park policies and procedures
- Maintain park facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth park operations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in park management or a related field preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Experience in planning and organizing events and activities
- Lifeguard certification is desirable for overseeing water-related activities
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for park visitors
- Familiarity with working with children in an educational or recreational setting is advantageous
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
