Supervisor (Salisbury, CT) - Bilingual Spanish

Essential Functions:
Addressing, correcting daily issues and customer request.
Interaction with cleaning crew, be able to motivate the Janitorial staff.
Ability to lock down a facility, ensure that all routine work is done properly and making sure all areas are check. Be able to correct any last-minute issue.
Making sure inappropriate activities are report right away to Operations.
Prior experience in cleaning is a must.
Prior experience on Supervision (preferred but not a must)
Prior experience in projects using machines for Floor Care, carpet cleaning and others.
Prior cleaning experience is a must
Bilingual Spanish is a must.
