Supervisor Operations

Position Description
Oversees and supervises various internal teams to ensure successful operations. Identifies improvements in business processes.
Job Responsibilities

1. Manages the customer service team to ensure positive interactions by developing customer service policies and procedures.
2. Manages internal and external customer/supplier relationships.
3. Maintains a rolling demand plan by customer/item combination.
4. Recommends, develops and manages tools used to capture end user feedback for organizational review and improved customer satisfaction.
5. Communicates customer reactions and problems to other stakeholders in the organization.
6. Documents and retains history of planning assumptions.
7. Purchases products for a location as well as manages forecasting activities.
8. Performs some managerial responsibilities which may include: planning, assigning and directing work; interviewing, hiring and coaching employees; assists with performance management process.
9. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse group of people
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of ERP systems
• Detail oriented, with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels
• Self-motivated with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related experience
