RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for managing processes and employees to ensure product is being received, stored, processed and shipped effectively.
- Optimize productive and increase efficiency while ensuring safety throughout the warehouse.
- Provides leadership and guidance to employees.
- Communicate with staff on areas concerning safety, quality, policies and procedures, and productivity issues.
- Develop and promote teamwork throughout the shift.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITES:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate items when appropriate.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1-Year Relevant experience required.
