3rd Shift Operations Supervisor| Monday - Friday 10 PM - 6 AM| Competitive Salary| Monthly Bonus

RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Responsible for managing processes and employees to ensure product is being received, stored, processed and shipped effectively. 
• Optimize productive and increase efficiency while ensuring safety throughout the warehouse. 
• Provides leadership and guidance to employees.
• Communicate with staff on areas concerning safety, quality, policies and procedures, and productivity issues.
• Develop and promote teamwork throughout the shift. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITES:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate items when appropriate. 
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel. 
• Mechanical aptitude preferred. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-Year Relevant experience required.
