Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Supervisor, Financial Operations who will be responsible for managing enterprise budgets, and financial operations and infrastructure across business units.
The Supervisor will be a trusted liaison between the internal teams and the client, serving as a point of contact for budget stewardship between the client and agency, own budget tracking documents, and play a critical role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures. The Supervisor of Financial Operations must be exceptionally proactive and talented at fostering collaborative relationships with both internal and external client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across the full account.
Work closely with Client Finance, Accounts Receivable and Walmart team to ensure on-time invoicing and payments for all fees and media, and that all other financial obligations by clients are being delivered as contracted.
Manage the budget workflow to ensure dollars are tracking to quarterly and annual allocations across all financial dimensions.
Facilitate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures such as: reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.
Ensure the effective operations of internal financial programs and procedures; proactively work to find efficiencies and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external clients.
Supervise the governance of all financial controls and dimensions across various platforms, including Media Ocean, Guidelines, etc.
Liaise with the data engineering team to ensure systems are in place and functioning properly and collaborate on any enhancements needed for key reporting.
Lead budget status meetings internally and externally with a prepared agenda and objective for each meeting
Effectively manage and guide the Financial Operations team to reach their professional goals along with the departmental goals.
5+ years of Media budget and accounting/financial experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
Experienced in project management; plans for and assigns tasks and resources appropriately.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are critical.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail-oriented habits.
Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing; MBA a plus.
Knowledge of Guidelines, Prisma/Media Ocean a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
