Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for staff supervision, training, development, coaching and counseling of Food Service staff. Enforces policies and procedures to ensure the safety, sanitary and efficient delivery of meals to all customers.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred
  
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager, or Registered Food Service Manager (RFSM) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Prior Food Service Supervisionpreferred
