JOB SUMMARY:

Join our close-knit team supporting Timewise's retail sales leadership in Houston. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you'll ensure our stores are operational, attractive, and safe. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key to our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead safety culture evolution in the field
• Conduct safety inspections for internal techs and vendors
• Provide ongoing training for maintenance techs
• Assess annual goal achievements
• Assist with repair needs and special projects as assigned

Will Assist with:

• Facility maintenance administrative tasks
• Support Facilities Maintenance project management
• Aid in HOA compliance and resolution
• Monitor properties (e.g., road widening projects)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The Facility Maintenance Supervisor must possess:
• Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to collaborate with store personnel
• Troubleshooting and resolving inoperable systems
• Strong ownership
