As a Staffing Intern, you will take part in our comprehensive training program to learn about the healthcare staffing industry and the processes/practices/techniques that build a foundation for success.
Whether assigned to the Recruiting Consultant or Account Executive side of our team, you will work with a Mentor who will help guide you through your day to day tasks.
- Attend and participate in daily training meetings
- Call prospective customers to evaluate if they are a match to work with Barton Associates on immediate or future assignments
- Sell Barton Associates services and processes
- Review calls with your mentor
- Meet and exceed established production goals
- Complete projects assigned by Barton management
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable prospecting for business over the phone
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
- 30 - 40 hours of availability preferred
