You will be working with a team of Sales Representatives, managers and support staff while providing information and technical details to our customers. You will build relationships with new and existing customers in order to drive business and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Actively engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and establish initial connections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Previous experience in staffing and recruiting is a plus
