The Sales Representative will be the heartbeat of our growth. Their responsibilities extend beyond just selling our services; they will be the linchpin connecting the potential offerings with the needs of our community. A dedicated salesperson will not only drive revenue but also shape the public's perception of Pur Life Medical, ensuring we're seen as a trusted, beneficial presence.
Compensation Details:
The proposed salary structure for this role is a commission of 12% on gross sales. Recognizing the initial challenges and the ramp-up phase, we're also considering offering a base salary for the first 90 days to support their transition and initial efforts.
Responibilities:
• Establishing connections with potential clients to introduce Pur Life's services.
• Effectively communicating the value and benefits of our holistic integrative/alternative care services.
• Cultivating strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business.
• Staying updated with industry trends and using this knowledge to address client needs better.
• Collaborating closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales: A proven track record of sales success, preferably in health or wellness sectors.
Knowledge of Reno's Market: Familiarity with the Reno area and its demographics, as well as an understanding of local customer needs.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, especially in one-on-one client situations.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads, communications, and sales progress.
