POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with both active and pending clients, participating in the sales process in an organic, long-term, relationship-based capacity.
This position reports to the Director of Client Relationships and works closely with the business development, marketing, client success, and training teams to ensure the highest possible level of customer service and support, both during and after the sales process.
Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- manage client relationships on an ongoing basis
- identify and present solutions based on clients’ specific needs
- lead client meetings to review and discuss learning requirements
- ensure offerings are properly launched and managed
- provide support to client engagements
- review training evaluations and reports with clients
- debrief with clients to assess additional training opportunities
- manage email, phone, and social media campaigns
- generate proposals and SOWs
- enter, track, and manage client orders and invoices
The CRM is responsible for ensuring that clients have successfully-executed engagements. This organically provides the CRM the opportunity to sell additional service offerings to clients both during and after engagements, by maintaining positive relationships and regularly reviewing progress in order to make logical recommendations for additional services.
Please note that this position participates heavily in video meetings, including regularly leading sales pitches to clients and giving presentations via Zoom. All applicants must have adequate home office space with a professional aesthetic and good internet connection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of experience in account or client management
- 1+ year of experience leading the full sales process
- 1+ year of experience giving video sales presentations
- excellent communication skills
- energetic and engaging demeanor
- professional home office space
- experience with CRM software (Asana preferred)
- authorization to work in the United States
