Our internship program gives you an opportunity to go beyond the classroom and gain relevant, hands-on experience, contributing to some of our biggest projects in meaningful ways.
The immersive 10-week experience begins with an orientation, where you’ll be introduced to the sports betting and online gaming industry and how BetMGM is creating incredible moments for our customers. Following orientation, you’ll receive on-the-job training and day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to your team throughout the summer. You’ll be partnered with a player-coach within your team, someone you can lean on as you explore and learn. And by week 10, you’ll build transferable technical and business skills.

How You'll Leave Your Mark:
- Power BI Monitoring and Reporting on fluctuations on key KPIs – identifying trends of concern.
- Testing of new features and releases.
- Some basic requirement writing at a high level and collaborating in the SDLC/PDLC processes (Software/Product Development Lifecyle).
- Shadow team meetings & operational processes to see the day-to-day.
- Take notes and key takeaways during meetings.
- Come up with 2-3 ideas on what can be improved (product or operationally) and documents/present.
- Asana Management.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
What We're Looking For:
- Business, IT, Computer Science, Criminal Justice coursework, or a related field.
- Rising juniors, seniors, and recent grads.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
