Job Summary
Mohr Partner's Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior or Senior majoring in Real Estate to join our team as a Real Estate Brokerage Intern for Summer 2024. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to assist our Tenant Rep brokers in managing and facilitating Commercial Real Estate deals on behalf of our clients.
Essential Functions
- Support Tenant Rep brokers in identifying and researching potential Commercial Real Estate opportunities for clients.
- Assist in conducting property tours and site visits to evaluate properties based on client requirements.
- Aid in the preparation of market analysis reports, property summaries, and other marketing materials for client presentations.
- Collaborate with the brokerage team to negotiate lease terms and draft lease agreements for commercial properties.
- Assist in coordinating due diligence processes, including reviewing lease documents, financial statements, and property inspections.
- Provide administrative support to Tenant Rep brokers as needed, including organizing client meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining client databases.

Education & Experience
- Junior or Senior standing majoring in Real Estate or related field.
- Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate and tenant representation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements
- Involves work of a general office nature
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
