Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Laboratory Procedures, test methods
- Plant troubleshooting of microbiological issue(s). Shelf Life Improvements.
- Assist with Plant Regulatory Inspections and other audits.
- Learning and understanding Dairy Batching, Processing and Packaging
Requirements
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Microbiology or related field.
