Our Accessibility Engineering team plays a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by delivering accessible new features and improved functionality. We believe in quality!
Our QA team works hand in hand with the Product Management and Development teams to drive better accessibility in new and existing Workday features and functionality being developed across Financials, HCM, Payroll, Spend Management, Talent, and Student applications.
We exist to elevate the Workday experience for all our customers in the delivery of quality enterprise applications. Our 9-person a11y engineering team sits together in Pleasanton, CA.

This is a unique internship opportunity for college students to accelerate their career path into the software industry at a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth company. We use industry-leading test tools, and also design and build our own, which has helped us to achieve unparalleled customer satisfaction over the years.
As part of this structured 12-week internship, you'll see all aspects of the product development lifecycle while working within an agile, test-driven development environment that's focused on accessibility. Be a part of building, implementing, and debugging usable Workday applications, while being exposed to a variety of domains, teams and departments within the company.

We are looking for a person who can manage their workload and balance multiple projects; a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills; with a functional user mentality, strong attention to detail, and a passion for problem solving and high-quality work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Able to commit to full-time internship program for 12 weeks in the Summer of 2024
- Keen interest in making software more usable by everyone

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
