Afni is hiring a Subrogation Program Leader who is a middle level management position with the primary responsibility of leading a team of specialists that supports the Auto Insurance Team in order to help meet the organizational and revenue goals of the Subrogation business, with accountability in said goal attainment. The Subrogation Program Leader ensures adherence to project guidelines, updates, and implementations; watches for trends in Quality or other issues which may need to be addressed; serves as the primary liaison for the distribution of project specific information.*Position can be hybrid based out of Bloomington or fully remote.*
What you will be doing:
- Works with Senior management to strategize Subrogation goal attainment.
- Educates, monitors, and develops a team of specialists and support representatives to execute and achieve Afni's performance objectives and individual/team goal attainment.
- Assists in the coordinating and monitoring of the daily workflow to ensure all operational functions are performed in an efficient and timely manner in order meet quality and performance standards.
- Assists in the maintenance, compilation, and delivery of monthly scorecard reviews for individual team members.
- Answers client questions and requests for information.
- Coordinates on-going training and development of team members.
- Monitors FNOL and subrogation demand inventory to ensure service level agreements are being met.
What you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED required, and two to five years relevant experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Concise and clear oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook is essential.
- Capability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently.
