Description:
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking to hire a Subcontract Management Senior.The candidate will be responsible for global supply chain activity on the HELLFIRE program.
These duties will include, but not limited to:
- tracking of material from proposal through PO placement and on time delivery to the manufacturing sites
- managing engineering changes and cost/schedule impacts
- leading multifunctional Subcontract Management teams
- holding procurement delegation
- signing supplier agreements and purchase orders.
The selected candidate will work both with external suppliers and internal functions to include visibility with senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- Experience with the management of supplier relationships.
- Experience working within a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of standard acquisition policies and procedures.
-Must be willing to work on site minimum (Orlando) two - three days a week and more frequently as required.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of LM Procure to Pay System, SC Navigator and SAP
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and a self starter
- This position includes the opportunity to travel to key supplier sites and customer locations as part of this role

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
