F45 Training (Orem) is a small boutique fitness studio looking for a Sales Associate that would work 20-30 hours/week, with opportunities for more. This role could also help with fitness coaching if applicant is interested/capable.

This role is primarily comprised of meeting with warm leads who are interested in a fitness/weight loss package and/or studio memberships.
Great role for student looking to work part-time who has sales experience.
Sales Generation: Proactively promote and sell memberships, class packages, and other offerings to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, offering exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and tailoring solutions to individual needs.
Studio Promotion: Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional initiatives to increase the studio's visibility and attract new members.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our fitness programs, class schedules, and any ongoing promotions to effectively communicate the benefits to potential members.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including membership paperwork, data entry, and maintaining accurate member records.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a cohesive and positive studio environment, contributing to the overall success of the studio.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in health and fitness, with the ability to convey that enthusiasm to others.
- Sales Skills: Prior sales experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the studio's schedule.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer skills and software, including MS Office and studio management software.
