Junior Digital Marketing Manager

Overview:

The Jr. Digital Marketing Manager will help drive and optimize our ecommerce marketing efforts, leveraging digital channels to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic and conversion. This role will be responsible for building out emails and SMS/MMS with assets created by our design and copy teams. They’ll create and manage an a/b testing tracking sheet and have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing tactics. They understand how to manage multiple projects at a time and keep track of deadlines on all initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Building out emails in Klaviyo with assets from the design and copy team through both the drag and drop editor, and HTML.
• Adding emails and keeping track of email progress in Asana.
• Build out SMS/MMS with assets from design and copy team.
• Respond to any SMS messages as needed.
• Develop and track a tagging system for both Email and SMS within asana to keep track of tests & performance, making it easy to see insights.
• Create Paid Ads Specs Decks based on strategy information provided by the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Create campaign reports by season and promo. Assign tasks to those involved with reports with clear deadlines.
• Create monthly reports on A/B testing across Email / SMS as instructed by the Digital Marketing Manager.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or other relevant subjects.
• Experience building out Emails and SMS/MMS in Klaviyo and Attentive or similar platforms.
• Experience with coding HTML emails.
• Strong project management background with an ability to easily track tasks and create succinct, actionable reports.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be actionable on many initiatives at once.
