Area Property Manager for 231 units, 12 properties, near USC. $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. $2050 per month, 1 bedroom apartment for free, located within 2 miles of the Business Office. Property Management Associates (PMA), a boutique property management firm located in Culver City, CA, with more than 30 years managing commercial and residential communities throughout Southern California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
• Supervise property staff
• Communicate with senior property management personnel and property owners
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
• Marketing and leasing vacant units
• Unit inspections

Job Qualifications:

• Well organized, calm and adaptable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-family management. Student housing experience preferred
• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
• Excellent verbal, written & communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Compensation Includes:

$23.00-$26.00 per hour

$2050 per month, 1 bedroom apartment for free
