Nature & Purpose of Position:The Student Assistant position with the 24/7 Online Support Desk is a technical troubleshooting and customer service focused position. Student assistants provide basic technical support to faculty and students within Blackboard. Prior knowledge is not necessary, we will train you on how to use Blackboard and all related tools and systems. A qualified applicant would be someone that enjoys working with technology, has a passion for problem solving, and who brings a positive, team-focused energy to enhance the team’s collaborative atmosphere.
