Structural Designer Ii

We are seeking a Structural Designer II to assist our structural engineers and senior designers in providing professional design services for healthcare and commercial building projects. The Structural Designer II position is an excellent opportunity for experienced and entry-level designers to enter a supportive work environment.

Computer skills: Revit, RISA, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• EI certificate or passed FE exam.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards related to structural design (e.g., ASCE, ACI, AISC).
• 0-2 years of experience in structural engineering or relevant internships/co-op experience.

Travel: up to 20% of the time depending on the project

Salary range: $$75,000-$85,000
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
