Job Description Summary: The fintech ecosystem is undergoing change at an unprecedented rate. We are looking for a Strategy Intern (Undergraduate) to join the Corporate Strategy team to drive strategy development, execution and thought leadership in high priority areas of the business. Activities: • Strategy development: Support the development of PayPal’s strategy, and long-term strategic priorities • Strategic execution: Support strategic projects core to the strategy of PayPal into the execution phase. Help to develop documents to facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional team discussions as well as communicate with Senior Management. • Financial and data analysis. Lead and take ownership of financial and data analysis in support of strategic objectives. • Thought leadership: Support “research” type engagements to develop and articulate PayPal’s position on long-term strategic issues
Job Description:
Required skills/experience:
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and/ or corporate strategy a plus
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in a quantitative field preferred
- Strategic expertise in at least one of the following areas: banking, payments, retail and online commerce, social networking, and mobile
- Fast-track career development
Internship Program Information and Requirements:
- This is a Summer 2024 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2024 internships are not available.
- Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2024.
- Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
- Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $41.
