Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is looking for a Strategy and Integration Manager - Learning, Talent and Developmentto join our team in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Hazelwood, MO; Charleston, SC; or Plano, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Learning, Talent & Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the department's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of three - five Strategy & Integration Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Support the Vice President in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning, talent, and Development programs, recommending enhancements and adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on learning, talent, and Development strategies, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning, talent, and Development.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, and/or a related role
  • Experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Master's degree
  • Experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience in a Learning, Talent, and Development role
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and talent management

Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
