Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes' (BCA) Digital Engineering organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Engineering Integration Strategy(Level L) to join our team based in our Everett, WA.
This Senior Manager position in the BCA Digital Engineering organization supports the transformation of Digital Engineering capabilities for our future new and derivative commercial airplanes, and enhancements and maintenance of our current production systems throughout the product lifecycle. A leader in this role will be key in defining and integrating BCA engineering strategies, roadmaps, implementation of capabilities and ongoing improvements for processes and tools to ensure that Digital Engineering solutions are defined, deployed and supported strategically and with full cross-functional and value stream integration. They will work collaboratively with function and airplane program stakeholders, IT&DA, the Digital Transformation program and tool vendors to meet business needs. The successful candidate will be an effective change agent and comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Engineering Product Lifecycle.
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and/or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• 1+ years of experience as a Manager leading engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate to both executives and engineers at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage and empower teams in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building organizational talent pipeline in engineering.
• Experience in complex integration across multi-functional teams.
• Engineering processes knowledge.

Summary pay range: $156,400 - $211,600
