Summary of Position:

As a Flawless Implementation Project Manager, you will be a linchpin in ensuring that our customer implementations are executed to perfection. Reporting to the Manager, Flawless Implementation, you will lead projects from inception to deployment working closely with our internal and external partners. Your focus will be on seamless, timely, and budget-conscious project execution that exceeds customer expectations and contributes to the larger organizational goals. You will be a part of making Fortune 500 companies successful through impeccable implementation experiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Spearhead individual Implementation Projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategies and objectives set by the Manager and flawless Implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring we meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Marketing to deliver an integrated implementation experience.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, communicating potential issues and proposing solutions to the Manager, Flawless Implementation and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring full visibility into the status of ongoing implementations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement and improvement of our implementation processes and methodologies.
  • Responsible and must use independent discretion for the following project levels:
    1. Budget
    2. Spend to date
    3. Forecasted Spend
  • Assessment of budget burn rate relative to total Project budget, scope, and due dates
  • Act as point person for Project-level communications that will keep sponsors, stakeholders, business partners, and team leads informed on matters including, progress to plan; key milestones; integration efforts/needs across the program and/or project; risks, issues, etc.

Work Environment:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs.  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.  The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.  The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.  Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer.  Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • BS or equivalent education and/or relevant experience   
  • 3-5 years of experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing project implementations, ideally in the technology or services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on-time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
  • Experience in client management and building strong relationships.
  • Must be a team player with a focus on continuous improvement.
