Strategic Partner Sales Engineer

Summary

Assist the Director of Sales – Distribution and Security to grow YourSix Market Share and support key integrator partners both regionally and abroad with technical support for YourSix cloud solutions

Your day to day:

· Responsible for driving net new sales with designated partners in the Wholesale side of our business and meeting or exceeding established sales quota

· Responsible for helping Strategic Partners to retain their book of business with YourSix

· Responsible for technical onboarding and working with product teams to develop training program for YourSix partners

· Helping product team in developing support content for YourSix service providers

· Shared responsibility for technical support via email and helpdesk for direct YourSix service providers

· Understand the competitive landscape and work with product teams on communicating clear differentiators

· Technical assistance for YourSix prospects via webinars and conference calls

· Ability to explain the business value of cloud/PSaaS in front of core technical contacts

· Provide technical sales support for distribution partners and customers

· Assist with onboarding and troubleshooting for central station partners and providers

· Help drive attention and partner favor through interaction with distribution and partners Sales Engineers

· Attend and present at trade shows and events as needed

· Work closely with YourSix Product Management team on feature set enhancement requests and prioritization

· Work closely with YourSix R&D team on software issues and bugs

· Grow the channel and the channels' ability to self service

· Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Management

What you bring to the team:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business/ IT studies or related area, preferred

· 7 + years of experience in IP Video and PACs technical experience

· Cloud solution experience preferred

· Physical security industry certifications preferred

· Overall knowledge of physical security solutions

· Outstanding communication skills

· Understanding of network topologies and troubleshooting methodologies

· Ability to quickly learn and understand the technology behind the YourSix solutions

· Understanding of central station operators and central station software

· Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems

· Resourceful

· Fluent in Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to work independently

· Effective time management

· Solid organizational skills
