Job Description
You will serve as strategic client partner to grow and expand Boca Pharmacy’s patient enrollment. This role is essential in driving client and patient adoption, retaining existing clients, and developing expansion opportunities within Boca accounts. Among the responsibilities of this position are to:
•Build and maintain positive, effective relationships with Boca clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and advocating internally for solutions
•Work strategically with clients to increase patient participation in Boca programs
•Develop and present live customer educational events; work closely with marketing to create customized presentation decks and patient collaterals
•Conduct frequent client business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify program expansion opportunities
•Bring customer insights to sales and leadership team
•Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations personnel to resolve client concerns
•Document all client interactions in CRM
•Conduct pharmacy performance reviews with leadership team
•Travel frequently outside of metro NY up to 70% of the time, including some weekends
Experience & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent
•Bi-lingual English, Spanish
•3+ year’s experience in account management or customer success within healthcare industry
•Knowledge of 340b program and grantee types preferred
•Strategic thinker, highly organized, capable of self-management but also able to integrate well into a cross-functional team environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including group presentation experience
•Proficiency in CRM systems; MS Office Suite
