In November 2023, Covera secured up to $50 million in a Series C extension led by Insight Partners. This capital fuels our mission to partner with healthcare providers, payers and employers to improve diagnostic care for patients everywhere.
About the role
We are seeking a driven Manager who can develop and deliver top-down strategies. As a Manager of Strategic Analytics, you will be responsible for creating strategies that optimize our ability to deliver quality-driven healthcare value. You will work across departments to identify opportunities, synthesize data into solutions, and help align the business toward execution. We are looking for a self-starter, passionate about making a significant impact on healthcare delivery through AI. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience developing comprehensive strategies, and excels at telling convincing stories through data.

The minimum and maximum salary for this position ranges from $115,000-$155,000. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including: level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.

- Identify go-to-market opportunities to bring new products and solutions at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and AI.
- Tell impactful stories-identify opportunities to improve patient care journeys through diagnostic imaging using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Develop strategies that evolve our business processes towards scale in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Influence executive leadership towards strategic recommendations and work with departments to ensure executional handoff.
Your profile:
- Passionate about improving healthcare quality through AI
- 5-7 years experience (management consulting or investment banking experience preferred)
- Knowledge of the healthcare payer and provider landscapes
- Strengths in developing strategic recommendations, managing deadlines, communicating with an executive audience, and working across multiple teams
- Proficient in Office productivity tools (GSuite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel)
