This role supports building capabilities and ensuring store readiness for the peak holiday season by supporting testing initiatives and the task force known as “Win at Christmas”. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Store Support, Field, Merchants, Testing and Central Planning teams to manage the project plan for the taskforce, meeting logistics and testing communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supports the Win at Christmas taskforce by: managing the project plan, arranging meeting logistics and communication, working cross functionality to gather topics and build the agenda, and collecting meeting notes and recapping key insights.
– Responsible for store communication for select tests.
– Set, maintain, and communicate pricing and promotions for all test stores.
– Supports strategy for key peak communication for BOC based on feedback from the Win at Christmas field taskforce and learnings from previous events.
– Responsible to connect dots between partners in Store Operations to ensure the communication for these key times is holistic.
– Collaborate with Field Communications team on timelines to ensure all partners are involved.
– Collaborate with manager and team to influence holiday strategies based on learnings in WAC and testing.
– Flexes to support larger team during key times when WAC and testing have low workload.

Qualifications
– Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines and demonstrate excellent time management
– Ability to analyze data and themes to make recommendations
– Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, project planning and decision-making skills
– Experience working with cross-functional partners
– Ability to resolve issues with a customer centric focus through curiosity and pace
– Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook
– Ability to travel for store visits
EDUCATION
– Bachelor’s degree, or minimum of 1-3 years equivalent work experience
