```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure that the store meets sales targets and achieves profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and drive overall company success.

- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Experience in wireless sales is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is required.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
