Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Interview, hire, and train new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient team
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
-Meet sales goals and use your team to help you achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience with POS systems to process transactions and manage inventory
- Proven track record in retail sales, with the ability to drive sales growth
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory levels
- Ability to effectively manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback as needed
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers (English & Spanish)
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
