We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our wireless retail store. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage the daily activities of the store.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise a team of wireless sales associates
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Retail management experience is preferred
