We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and possess the necessary skills to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to perform basic property maintenance tasks such as welding and plumbing
- Excellent mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
