Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Price and merchandise products to maximize sales and profitability
- Provide leadership and supervision to store employees
- Train and develop employees to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Assist the Store Manager in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably as an assistant manager or supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
